Hats for Special Days

All of the hats that I design usually have an inspiration piece that I work from, the flowers are made from feathers. The centers of the flowers always have Swarovski Crystals somewhere in them, unless you specify differently. The netting I use in the design of the hats are hand beaded, as well as some of the middle of the flowers. I can wrap the brim of the hat in a ribbon, or make a long sash. I  ...
