I haven’t seen a load like this in a while 😂 I meant to post this last week. This load was 5.40 cents a mile this was definitely a diamond in a rough.

I feel like in this market my opinion the money is in the short runs right now. Hoping from state to state OTR is rough right now. Specially if you have a high over head

Even though this rate con isn’t a short run, well it depends on what you call a short run everyone opinion is different I just wanted to share with you guys you can come across some diamonds in the rough you just have stay down and know your worth.

Specially dispatchers it’s really crucial right now to understand your carriers needs in this market. Now if it’s to outrageous you have to let them know that as well 💯 let’s keep pushing y’all

Dispatchers when you come across brokers who’s offering cheap rates to you. Please know your worth and the market your playing in.

But if you keep your trucks in hot markets you wouldn’t even have to deal with these problems 8/10. And if you do please don’t take those kind of loads.

Dispatchers always have some integrity with your services don’t try to make a QUICK BUCK off your carriers back remember y’all are a team 💯🤝
