This patient had undersized maxillary laterals (also known as peg laterals) with severe lower crowding, an anterior crossbite of the lower left cuspid, and an omega-shaped narrow arch form. Using Invisalign, we were able to eliminate all crowding, correct the crossbite, create a broad U-shaped coordinated arch form, and plan the patient for ideal sized anterior restorations.
