CA Agent here. The DP3 landlord policies - I keep seeing carriers not covering personal injury, in fact states specifically excluded. Carriers such as Obie, Steadily etc. How can they exclude when they primarily write landlord policies. How do landlords protect themselves ? I feel like I’d be leaving my clients vulnerable ??
