The site is along Lee Highway in proximity to Walmart, Lowe's, Tractor Supply, Food City Grocery and a number of restaurants. The tenant has entered into a twenty year, absolute net lease, with a guaranty from parent company Mavis. Our client was completing a tax deferred exchange after selling apartment units in Marin County.
