Gan Outdoor Preschool is located at the base of the beautiful rolling hills in Terra Linda. The hillside with its adjoining Redwood Forest and our certified Outdoor classroom are key parts of our nature- and relationship-focused program. Gan is a preschool committed to nature immersion, joyful interest-led learning and authentic play where children create their own knowledge through hands-on exploration.

Qualifications
• An excellent and respectful communicator,
• EC educator experience and a robust background in EC education,
• A strong team player,
• Strong interest in exploring and growing in the field of nature-based early childhood education,
• Curiosity about the natural world and ability to convey a sense of awe and wonder to children,
• Embrace a wide variety of weather conditions as unique and interesting, part of the ebb and flow of the natural rhythm and seasonal changes.
