Reina Brabant are a mother-daughter team who have a combined 46 years of mortgage experience, in underwriting, packaging and closing quality loans. She has held a variety of positions throughout the years such as processor, loan servicer, doc drawer, assistant to a top producing loan originator, and for the last 27 years has been a high producing loan officer. She prides herself in her ability to find solutions to challenging scenarios, and on her vast knowledge of agency, non-agency, and government guidelines. Reina, with a long employment history in the customer service industry, started as a loan processor in 2012. During her time as a processor she developed an in-depth understanding of the loan process, loan packaging, and underwriting guidelines which serves as a critical component to her success as a loan officer. She prides herself on her impeccable communication and organizational skills. Her attention to detail, ability to anticipate customer needs, and great people skills assure you a smooth and seamless closing. We work on every loan together, as a team, adding value to the services provided. We both stay apprised of each loan and scenario, so you can be certain that there is always someone available to answer your questions or attend to your needs.
