Screen Printer - Press Assistant

Position Responsibilities:
Assist press operators in production runs, including loading and unloading garments, active quality control, temperature adjustments, and troubleshooting. Screen preparation including screen selection, degreasing, coating, exposure, wash out, cleaning, and reclaiming. Selecting, mixing, and modifying ink. Cleaning and organizing tools, including squeegees, flood-bars, spatulas, ink containers, job cart. Counting and staging garments to be decorated. Maintain clean and safe working environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time; work in and around a variety of industrial machinery and presses; bend over, squat, or climb. Able to frequently move and lift up to 40lbs when necessary.
