This book is full of coloring pages and activity sheets that teach kids about how to think and talk about their emotions with others in a fun and silly way. Each activity is designed to teach foundational social-emotional skills that I have found in my work as a therapist to be essential in the process of helping children to develop awareness and compassion for themselves and for others.
