A Shadow Wedding is an intimate ritual held before a regular "light" wedding in which all manner of difficult material between the couple is welcomed. It provides a consecrated place for partners to give voice to their darker sides, along with any doubts and fears about committing to lifelong partnership. Through the process of creating and participating in a Shadow Wedding, partners choose one another with eyes wide open, seeing both the beautiful and the ugly in their beloved.
We've signed a contract with Mad Jack Entertainment to shop a Shadow Wedding reality docudrama series to the networks! Sam Mettler at Mad Jack created the Emmy-award winning show "Intervention." We think he's an ideal match for our work.
Sam is excited to co-create an impactful show and optimistic that a network will want it. Next up: Creating a 3-minute "sizzle reel" this month to present to the networks that shows us working with an engaged couple.
