Want to connect with the community and help care for Marin’s trails? Join us at a Slow and Say Hello! Outpost. Our first Outpost of the season is this Saturday, May 23rd from 9AM-12PM at Deer Park Fire Road in Fairfax.
Throughout the year, Trail Partners volunteers set up welcoming info stations at popular trail locations across Marin. We chat with hikers, bikers and equestrians about trail safety, respectful shared use, and how we can all help protect the incredible natural spaces we love.
With fun conversation starters, giveaways and friendly faces, volunteers help create more positive trail experiences while inspiring appreciation for Marin’s unique plants and wildlife.
Volunteer perks include a free Slow & Say Hello! t-shirt, snacks and a fun way to give back to the trails you love.
