The California Coastal Commission’s Revised Draft Residential Adaptation Policy Guidance is currently open for public review and comment. The Guidance could have profound implications for local coastal programs, shoreline residents and businesses and coastal users. Based upon its significant experience with planning for , Marin County staff has carefully reviewed the Guidance and provided a letter of response and extensive comments. The public review period to submit comments at [email protected] has been extended to April 30, 2018.
