I will also give you tools so that you can work on these issues for yourslf thus empowering you to take control and be able to recognize what is happening with you as a Spirit in the body and how to get back into alignment.

📖This book is an herbalist's delight! One of the most concise yet complete guides to herbal healing. I would highly recommend "The Herbs of Life" because it provides new information for herbalists! 🌿
