An ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a competitive gymnastics and cheer background, Izzy brings incredible energy, athleticism, and enthusiasm to every class. Her favorite workout is Seoul Rush (hello, abs! 🔥), and she’s a big believer in the power of consistency, community, and showing up for yourself.
