San Rafael Parking Services

The San Rafael Summer Market is back! Starting May 16th and running every Thursday through August 29th located on Fourth St from Lootens Place to A St, there will be fresh produce, tasty snacks, and handcrafted gifts! Please note that from 5pm to 9pm on Thursdays there will be no parking on Fourth St between A St and Lootens Pl. Parking Services will be closed on November 23rd and 24th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday – there will be no parking enforcement on these days. Regular enforcement will resume Saturday November 25th.
