At NetApp Australia, employees recently came together to mark the start of National Reconciliation Week, creating space to learn, listen and reflect together. The session featured Dr. Stacey Griffith, who shared insights on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, history and lived experiences. It was a meaningful moment that sparked thoughtful conversations and personal reflections across the group. Experiences like these reflect how teams across NetApp build awareness, strengthen connection and continue learning together.

Our NetApp Wichita site recently hosted its first-ever NetAsia EBRG (Employee Business Resource Group) event, bringing employees together to learn, connect, and celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month. With local flavours from CoChaCha and great conversations across teams, the event created space to build awareness, strengthen community, and explore how NetAsia can grow locally.
