Qorvo, Inc. QPC5330 is an ultra-wide band SOI 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA). It operates over 0.02 to 15 GHz and provides 31.5 dB attenuation range with a LSB of 0.5 dB. It also achieves a low step error of less than 0.1 dB typical. The QPC5330 also offers multiple control options including parallel, SPI, or I2C as well as the ability to control multiple DSAs simultaneously using either addressing or daisy chaining.

The Model 1211 from Empower RF Systems is a solid-state broadband GaN power amplifier covering 500 to 2500 MHz with a guaranteed 100 W minimum output power. Designed with a Class AB architecture, it supports CW, AM, FM, and pulsed operation while delivering high reliability across demanding environments. Integrated control, monitoring, protection functions, and an RS485 interface make it an excellent solution for mobile jamming, wireless communications, and high-power L- and S-band applications.
