Finally! has come BACK.... to Competition BBQ. Can't even express how excited I am to have the opportunity to cook against my BBQ fam this Sunday in Campbell. Check out the posts from for all the info!!!

But after winning back to back Amateur Grand Championships at the Oaktown BBQ Throwdown, he decided to start competing professionally. Since then, Hello BBQ has won over 20 top ten calls including multiple 1st place finishes in individual meats, been invited to give a class at the International Culinary Center, launched a successful Kickstarter that ended up getting his sauce recognized by the National BBQ News (9th place in Pork in the US!) and a spot on the shelves of South Bay Safeway’s, and most importantly is friends with Ric Gilbert who has a much more impressive bio.
