Mother -Daughter Duos!
Join Shannon and her daughter Kate for a Mother-Daughter Yoga workshop on Saturday, April 26 from 10 AM to 2 PM.
We will practice yoga (all levels:) and learn how to set each other up in a restorative Savasana.
Lunch is included and we will have a fun and simple craft for you to take home. Ideal age range for daughters is 7 -11 years old.
