Absolutely love the paw and nose print keep sake. The frame is very nice! I also received digital copies. Packaging was amazing and it delivered faster then expected. So happy to have found Flutterbye Prints! Amie clearly takes pride in her work and I couldn't be happier with the framed print and add-on pillow that I bought. My dog's arthritis makes getting a clean ink print of his paw virtually impossible and the clay impression I have isn't very detailed, so I love that Amie could create a much more individualized print from photos of his paw and nose. I appreciated how communicative Amie was, making sure to send proofs before finalizing the prints and adjusting some customization options I had forgotten to take care of when I ordered. The variety of color options and keepsake types is fabulous to truly personalize your order, and the framed print was sent very well-padded to ensure it arrived intact. Not to mention the price seems quite reasonable to me, especially as Amie keeps the prints on file and offers a discount for ordering more using the same prints in the future (which I'm already planning to do). All of my friends who have seen the pillow now want one for their own dogs, and I've recommended Flutterbye to them wholeheartedly!! My dog was very ill when I ordered these but has since made a full recovery, and I'm so grateful that I now have his prints preserved for the future, including a digital copy for an eventual tattoo. You can see from the photos that he loves his pillow and immediately christened it with his fur. Thank you Amie for making such wonderful mementos and being so lovely to work with.
