• Answer phones & respond to emails with a professional but friendly demeanor
• Always leave customers with a positive experience
• Process customer orders accurately with attention to detail
• Check inventory status
• Generate batch tickets for production
• Prepare sales tickets
• Put together and prepare some orders for will call or delivery
Qualifications
• Type at least 40 words a minute
• Experienced in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Customer service experience
• Physically able to lift 30 pound boxes on occasion
