The Hangover Trail in Sedona, Arizona, is one of the most beautiful sections of the course.
and I ran and hiked 18 miles / 29km out there today. Although Jeff’s hip and quad have been bothering him, he’s still been moving well.
Update from Mile 96.5:
The early stages of were uphill beyond just the elevation gain. After battling through early hip and quad pain (plus a few scraped knees) is on the upswing and heading into the next 100 miles and beyond with pacing.
Great work Jeff, keep pushing!

The Grand Canyon demands everything you have. And then asks for more.
31 miles, 7,000 ft. of elevation, 90+ degree heat, and an unrelenting pace set by . These are the conditions our gear was designed for; the ideal proving ground for our Wadi 2.0 and Sentinel Half Tight, as the sun offered an early taste of summer and the legs grew heavy long before the finish.
