The Comic Monstore is Rowan County's premier destination for comic books, games and toys. Since 2003, the Comic Monstore has catered to fans of super heroes, fantasy, science-fiction and horror. While the store has a wide variety of collectibles for kids of all ages, it has also become a gathering place for gamers. When there isn't a pandemic, weekly events usually include Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and a variety of other card games and board games.

The Mists roll in as we kick off the Season of Horror—which crescendos with the next Dungeons & Dragons release, Ravenloft: The Horrors Within. This book returns you to some of D&D's most iconic dark fantasy setting. Over the next several Sundays, we'll be running D&D Encounters seasonal adventures for new and experienced players. Seats are limited, so sign up in advance. There will be participation rewards and prizes for players. $5 entry fee.
