*We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Writer / Clerical Assistant to join our growing automotive team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing administrative tasks, and helping keep a busy service department running smoothly.

Responsibilities -

* Greet customers and schedule service appointments
* Prepare repair orders and service documentation
* Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations
* Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office duties
* Process invoices, payments, and customer records
* Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure efficient workflow
* Maintain accurate filing and data entry systems

Qualifications -

* Previous automotive service writing experience preferred but not required
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency with computers, email, and office software
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Reliable transportation, attendance and professional demeanor
