Listen, you don't have to stay in the same place forever. Buying a home 🏡 doesn't mean that is where you have to stay long term.

A home can be a "step-up" home - the small one that you buy to build equity 💰 that you use to buy the bigger home in the next 5 years or so

A home can be a temporary residence & future investment property - you buy to live for a short time period, then move on but hold it & rent it out 💵

A home can be a layover - a beautiful place you live for a bit while you do whatcha gotta do, then sell it and move on 👋

I can confess that I am a habitual mover. Even tho I have lived in Miami 🌴 for the past 28 years, I lived all over Miami Dade - well, mostly. And I always LOVED 😍 where I lived

Now I'm taking some time to reconnect with my roots & start a business here in Maryland 🦀 is LOVING winter ❄️ - me? not so much 🥶

So, if you want - & can - buy your do it! But if you simply want to right now, build some equity and again in the near future - do it!!
