Today’s project was a Toshiba S15 installation in a mobile HVAC unit. This unit was using a competitors drive that failed. This is not something the end user ever wants to happen, especially when they are already renting this unit and without air conditioning in their building. I ended up replacing 2 of them and saving the program with ASD Pro so the customer can easily replace more units in the near future.

Replaced a competitors VFD today with a Toshiba AS3. It controls a loader belt at a rock quarry. The customer was having problems with not having enough starting torque when the belt was loaded down with material. This drive was programmed to run on vector control to solve their problem
