Yesterday's Emporia Forward Job Fair brought together 113 job seekers, 23 employers and community partners, and countless opportunities to build meaningful connections.

Our team also had the privilege of supporting 33 impacted workers through a Rapid Response Information Session, helping connect them with resources as they begin their next chapter.

Thank you to our businesses, community partners, and Kansas Spanish Speakers for helping create an event where talent and opportunity could come together.

Happy 36th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)! The ADA is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in many areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and many public and private places that are open to the general public.
