Did you know that KuneKune pig can swim?

Despite their short legs and stocky build, KuneKune pigs are naturally capable swimmers. They paddle much like a dog, using all four legs to move through the water. Many enjoy cooling off on hot summer days, crossing ponds, or simply splashing around for enrichment.

Swimming helps KuneKunes stay cool, provides gentle exercise, and gives them a fun way to explore their environment. As with any livestock, they should always have a safe way to get in and out of the water and should never be forced to swim.
