eXPRS - Express Payment & Reporting System

eXPRS (pronounced "express") is the acronym for the Express Payment & Reporting System. It is the statewide application for the processing of service authorizations and payment for services delivered to individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in Oregon.
📢 Attention All eXPRS Users! 📢
eXPRS will be unavailable Monday, June 15 from 6:00PM to approximately 11:00PM while a system update is installed. Please save your work and log out of eXPRS or eXPRS Mobile-EVV before 6:00PM tonight, 06/15/2026.
PSW and DSP staff using eXPRS Mobile-EVV: If you have EVV shifts starting or ending while eXPRS is down, you will need to manually enter or update your Service Delivered Billing Entries in eXPRS after the maintenance is complete.
