One of my favorite things about running a nightly rental is leaving a thoughtful gift and note for my guests. I have found that it adds a personal touch that makes people feel appreciated. Often times, they will leave a kind message in return. It is always fun to read their note after they have checked out.

Signing day for these two! I started working with this couple (they are in law enforcement and wish to remain anonymous) in 2020 when the real estate market was going bananas 🍌. They were quickly turned off by the idea of bidding wars and offering way more than asking price in order to “win” a home. So, after much consideration, they decided to sit things out and use the time to save their hard earned money to put towards a down payment. Three years later they are purchasing a home with ZERO debt and are putting 20% down. They were also able to use seller concessions to buy down the interest rate. 🎉

I am so impressed with their discipline and patience. They have been a joy to work with and I am grateful to have been a part of this process with them. Cheers to this new chapter in their lives!
