The Independent Living Program (ILP) provides life skills training and other transition services to current and former foster youth between the ages of 14 to 21 (or 25 for post-secondary financial aid).

Are you a current or former foster youth? Are you currently enrolled and attending college or trade school? Did you receive an ETV Award? If not, you may be eligible. Please email [email protected] to learn more about how you can receive up to $2,500 to help pay for your costs of attendance!
