NESCA

Home to four parks and the Willamette Town Center, the North East Salem Community Association (NESCA) provides residents, business, and property owners an opportunity to have direct conversations with city staff and their City Councilor. Our association encompasses three city parks including Hoover School Park, Harry and Grace Thorp Park and Geer Community Park. We also are home to Hoover Elementary School and Lancaster Mall.
