🛑 I need to ask for your help! 🛑
I have 6 families who are looking in the Salem area for a new home. Here’s what they’re looking for:

1. 3 bed, 2 bath in South Salem under $425k. Preferably updated.
2. 3+bed, 2 bath. Must have a 3-car garage and RV parking. 2015 or newer, $750k or under. South Salem, Turner, Millersburg, North Albany, or Corvallis.
3. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, with a larger yard in Dallas, Monmouth, or Independence. $500k.
4. 3+ bed, 2.5+ bath with office in south or west Salem, under $750k.
5. 3+ bed, 2+ bath on acreage with shop in South Salem or Turner, under $1M.
6. 3+bed, 1+ bath in the Englewood area under $500k.
