I’ve been spending Wednesday evenings at the park with families who want to learn more about bringing reading and play together. Last night we read a story that was about worry and nervousness and how to change your grim “What if…” into a hopeful “What if…”. Then we made worry dolls and added to their emotional tool kits. ❤️.
