This is the current pollen situation in Coastal Georgia. I had a great privilege and working with two buyers a day to show a total of five houses from Brunswick to Kingsland. When I got home this is what my boots look like from being outside and walking properties.

As Filo put it:

Anyone who has played pickleball knows it takes strategy, patience, quick reactions, and the occasional perfectly placed shot. Come to think of it, those are the same qualities Filer Filo James brings when helping his real estate clients.
Whether he’s at the net or negotiating a deal, James brings competitiveness, focus, and just enough finesse to get the win.

Well done, Filo. Now the real question is… do we need to start adding “pickleball champion” to the business cards?
