The last stop for Innovize products is the warehouse. This month, we’re spotlighting Jacob Bohl, Warehouse Associate 3 to give more insight into what a role in our warehouse is like.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘇𝗲?
I’ve been here since July 2022, and in this Warehouse Associate 3 roll for 1 year.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?
Having the capability to work in all three phases of the warehouse, being on time/ not coming in late, having a strong work ethic, and stepping into any of the rolls with short/no notice, and being able to do these jobs independently.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗯?
Being a reliable team player that knows all three branches of the warehouse (Material Handling, Shipping, Receiving)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆/𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿?
I really like the schedule/hours which are 4-10 hour shifts, Monday-Thursday.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀?
Make sure you get a good night’s rest, followed up with a healthy breakfast because you’re in for a very busy day!
