☀️ Another Sunday note of reflection from our outgoing Executive Director Laura Zabel -
Being rooted in place and building local communities is at the heart of Springboard’s work. The people and partners in Saint Paul and Fergus Falls inform and guide our work everyday. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to get to know and love these two communities and their creativity, challenges, quirks and beauty. As I start this next chapter of work focused on the needs of local, place-based organizations across the country, the stories and experiences from Saint Paul and Fergus Falls will inform everything I do.
