New St. Paul zoning rule creates housing opportunities for developers | Finance & Commerce After three years of work, study and debate, the St. Paul City Council voted 4-3 in favor of an ordinance that would allow for more multifamily homes to be built where only single-family homes were previously permitted.

It brings us great pleasure to announce that Outlaw Development has been selected as the finalist to be awarded developer rights of two properties in Saint Paul: 231 Front and 695 Cook.
