🍽️ The Parable of the Long Spoons 🍽️

Imagine a place where people sit around a pot of delicious food, but they can’t feed themselves because their spoons are too long. In one version of the story, people are starving and miserable because they struggle to eat on their own. But in another version, they thrive—because they’ve learned to use the long spoons to feed each other.

This simple story reminds us that life isn’t just about taking care of ourselves, but about helping and uplifting those around us. When we work together, support each other, and share what we have, everyone can flourish.

In a world that often emphasizes self-reliance, let’s remember the power of community and the joy of

The Parable:
In the parable, a man is shown two scenes, often described as heaven and hell. In both scenes, people are sitting around a large pot of delicious food, but they are unable to eat it directly because the spoons they have are extremely long—too long to bring the food to their mouths.

In hell, the people are starving and miserable because they are trying to feed themselves with the long spoons, but they fail every time. Their selfishness prevents them from realizing a simple solution.

In heaven, however, the people are well-fed and happy. Instead of trying to feed themselves, they use the long spoons to feed each other across the table. By helping one another, they all get to enjoy the food.

Moral of the Story:
The parable teaches that when we focus solely on ourselves, we may find it difficult to meet our needs. However, when we help and support one another, we create a community where everyone thrives. It’s a powerful lesson on the value of cooperation, empathy, and selflessness.

🌟 Embrace the beauty in your cracks. 🌟

In life, we all experience moments of breaking—times when we feel shattered by challenges or struggles. But just like in the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold, these cracks can make us even more beautiful.

When we allow His light to fill our broken places, we are not just mended but transformed into something even more precious. Our scars become the golden seams that tell our story of resilience, strength, and grace.

Don’t hide your cracks—embrace them. They are the marks of your journey, and they make you who you are. 🌸

💡 Pride can be a barrier to enlightenment. 💡

Sometimes, we hold on too tightly to our pride, thinking we have everything figured out. But in reality, pride can block us from the light of true understanding and growth.

It’s often in the moments when we feel broken—when life humbles us—that we’re finally open to letting His light in. It’s in these cracks that we find the space for grace, wisdom, and healing. Don’t be afraid to let go of pride and let His light guide you.
