Frankincense is the King of Oils. I use it in all of my homemade blends. Frankincense is also known for its calming, soothing abilities. It promotes feelings of peace, balance, and relaxation. Frankincense is commonly used in yoga or mediation practices. When you are feeling overwhelmed or need some help winding down before bed, turn to Frankincense.

Neroli is an essential oil produced from the blossom of the bitter orange tree and is used in making perfumes. It is helpful during times of stress, anxiousness, or discouragement, and offers emotionally calming benefits.
