We took our NRS inflatable kayaks down the Virgin River Gorge just the other day...and what a riot it was! The Gorge is a fun run because it has some places that'll get your heart bumping, but isn't terribly dangerous. And it is so much more beautiful than it gets credit for. But as you can see the best way to see how gorgeous and stunning it is, is to run the river through it.
You'll also see our friend Glen Scott Andersen was struggling a bit and kept finding every. single. rock. on. the. river. Don't be like Glen people, don't be like Glen 😊
When we ran it, it was flowing at between 600-800 fps. We put in a few miles above Cedar Pocket, and got out just past the end of the Gorge.
