Current classes are Monday through Thursday 5, 6, 7, 8, 9:15am. Classes in the evening are at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30. Two Classes Friday evening at 4:30 and 5:30pm only. Two classes on Saturday at 7 and 8 am. The gym is open from 5am until 8:30pm most days.

What a great day.

Our first HYROX Simulation is in the books.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, competed, volunteered, and helped make it happen.

We learned a lot, had a blast, and saw people push themselves in ways they never thought possible.

At CrossFit Zion, we believe fitness should challenge you, build confidence, and bring people together, whether that’s CrossFit, HYROX, Olympic lifting, or simply becoming stronger and healthier.

Congrats to everyone who threw their hat in the ring. On to the next challenge. 👊 Special thanks to our crew for helping setup, judge and support!

🧼 MR. CLEAN - LFG FRIDAY

You don’t skip MR. CLEAN.

Today’s workout is all about grit, strategy, and earning the right to move up in weight.

Start with pull-ups, bike, and rowing.

Then step up to the bar and see how many cleans you can stack before the clock runs out.

Every round gets heavier.
Every rep gets harder.
Every decision matters.

Squat or power cleans are allowed.

Be smart.
Choose weights you can manage.
And remember...

You don’t move up until you’ve hit at least ONE CLEAN at your current weight.
