Construction Technician

Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Technician you will complete repairs and for disaster restoration of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for fulfilling the duties of projects including, painting, drywall, finish carpentry, providing field oversight and assistance. A plus if you have hands on experience with the construction industry and have the ability to do small repairs.

Job Requirements

Valid drivers license a requirement! As a helper you must be a very professional person who takes ownership of your responsibilities and goes over and beyond to exceed goals for customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates are able to do drywall patches, painting, and other finish carpentry skills as well as lead others and contribute to a team-oriented environment. You must be able to manage multiple projects while being innovative and creative in challenging situations.

Other skills for this role include:

Building & Construction: Knowledge and skills of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repairs of residential and commercial properties.
Some experience in the construction industry
Competent computer skills
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Quick learner
