A few facts about our program:

We have two groups
Girls ages 8-12
Boys ages 8-12

We meet twice a month
* One time will be doing an activity with a parent. These activities have been specifically chosen to provide connection with your tween.

*2nd time you meet in a group setting with a licensed therapist. We provide a safe comfortable environment where parent and tween can learn together about the critical topics for tweens today. Curriculum has been curated specifically for Inner Balance and is set in a way to cultivate connection.
