Fall season is upon us!
Trainings are back on. Stats are being recorded. Moving into dorm rooms, school schedules are set up. Maybe you are wondering if off season training was enough? How much play time you will get etc.

♦️STEP BACK, learn to be an observer of your thoughts and question if they are true or an opinion.
♦️NOTICE how you feel and write down what thought is creating it.
♦️ASK how you want to feel instead and decide what you can currently believe to serve you more.
Your confidence will increase when you learn to trust yourself more and your performance will follow!
