A text from a client who concluded the program two weeks ago:

I wanted to tell you that I realized other ways that I've looked at how you've helped. Before my blood sugar was at a level of being nearly at that of having diabetes. The last time I saw the Dr last week it's changed so completely that I'm not close! Considering that is in my family, that was a concern. I think my eating healthier has made a huge difference. My whole bloodwork was amazing and my dr said she's never seen such a change! She was amazed!

Additionally, I realized today that I needed to leave the house and was looking for something good to eat- not just something to eat. I know that my eating habits have changed so significantly that I don't even think about having sugar in the morning, or actually for anytime during the day. When I think about snacks, I look for something good to have.

And as I think about our trip home, I'm already thinking of new things to have on our trip. I'll be bringing two salads on our first couple days that will be so much healthier. I wanted to thank you for all your patience in working with me on my very fussy food choices but still finding new ways to do things. I will always appreciate think of you in making a significant difference in my life!
