& made it look easy out there today. They were on fire 🔥 after a little slower start than their usual play due to a bye first round. Tomorrow’s district final should be epic. Sandpoint #1 & #2 @ 10:30 am . Have fun out there boys! It’s been so fun watching the growth of the entire Sandpoint tennis team.

Looking for a healthy DIY Valentine gift? Here’s one of my favorite recipes I did for a women’s wellness retreat a few years ago. I looked at a ton of recipes & decided my favorite ones had about a 2:1 ratio of sugar to your “fatty oil” base. Then everything else is just a bonus!
💚For the base we used
💚2 small 4 oz jars use 1/2 c. sugar to 1/4 c. of coconut oil. 💚 For a big batch we used 3 cups sugar to 1 1/2 cups coconut oil & we repeated that 3 times because we had 30 plus jars to make.
💚melt the coconut oil in the on low crock pot setting until liquidified.
💚Let the coconut oil cool slightly & then add it to the sugar. (You could use a fractionated coconut oil which would stay liquid & you would not have to melt the oil but I really like the texture of this technique). 💚Mix together & if the consistency isn’t soft enough you can add some more coconut oil & if too liquid add more sugar. Then the fun begins. 🎉 You can add coconut crystals to add a beautiful light brown color (about 1-2 teaspoons) , 🎉a dash of ground Himalayan Pink Salt 🎉a dollop of , 🎉and to top it off...1-4 drops of your favorite per 4 oz jar. (My favorite is the combo of which is amazing for skin support & which is awesome as a scrub on your feet! But Lavender & Copaiba are also great choices for
☀️Do not use an oil that is photosensitive & then go out in the sun or expose your skin to UV rays for a min. of 12 hours. Typically those are the citrus type oils but message me if you have ?’s.
💚Stir your add ins & you have yourself the best ever!
💚You can also add fresh lavender petals, chopped up dried rosemary...the ideas are endless. Check out Common Sense Corner for Vibrant Living on FB for a video of making the scrub & some more add in ideas. 💚 If you want to treat yoruself to the best & comment below or send me a DM.
