Happy Mobility Monday! This week we will be focusing on how to increase stability, and strength of our shoulders and rotator cuff. These exercises may help in preventing stiffness and subsequent injuries.

For this weeks MOBILITY MONDAY we will be focusing on how to help increase mobility for the front squat as I know they is something that I need to work on as well.

1st. 1 minute KB calf smash
2nd. 1 minute banded ankle distraction
3rd. 20 thoracic extensions
4th. 1 minute PVC front rack stretch
