In 1984, InAlliance transitioned from a sheltered workshop to Supported Employment, placing more than 200 consumers in integrated employment sites. Today, InAlliance has seven programs in Sacramento and El Dorado counties, 400+ staff, and works with more than 100 employers offering job opportunities. Big Day of Giving is an annual 24-hour giving event that unites caring people to raise funds for nonprofits that strengthen the greater Sacramento Area.
At InAlliance, we are continuously in need of improvements to our properties, ongoing staff development, transportation alternatives for participants, and adaptive supports for successful outcomes.
