Health Equity Requires Access.

On Juneteenth, we reflect on the ongoing work to ensure every older adult has access to the care and support they need to age with dignity.

While we celebrate progress, we also recognize that disparities in health outcomes and access to care persist across communities. Addressing those challenges requires continued commitment to equity, opportunity, and person-centered care.

PACE was built on the belief that older adults deserve access to coordinated, comprehensive care regardless of income, race, or zip code.

Today, we honor the significance of Juneteenth and recommit ourselves to building a healthier future for all Californians.

Meet, Greet & Speak is just one week away!

We’re looking forward to bringing together CalPACE members, affiliates, advocates, partners, and leaders from across California for two days of connection, collaboration, and conversation in Monterey.

In addition to networking and relationship-building opportunities, this year’s featured speaking session, proudly sponsored by SilverRide “The Future of Duals Care in California: Why PACE Matters,” will explore the evolving landscape of integrated care and what PACE organizations should be paying attention to as California continues transforming care for dual eligible beneficiaries.

Meet, Greet & Speak continues to create space for meaningful conversations and partnerships that help move the future of aging care forward. Thank you to all of this year’s sponsors for helping make the event possible. We can’t wait to see everyone next week.
